Cinema on the Road is a podcast that takes you through the land of cinema one country at a time. We cover one contemporary release, and one older release in each episode.
Jhon is a lazy cinephile residing somewhere in Texas. He enjoys long walks on the beach, the game Go and the short story, “Good Old Neon”. He will sometimes hate movies for no clear reason.
Seema is a 102-yr old shut-in (according to Jhon anyway) who spends most of her free time watching movies, reading books and getting far too invested in Top Chef/Project Runway contestants. She attributes her cinephilia to her sociopathic childhood spent mostly watching wildly inappropriate arthouse films on television. She sometimes mutters about films she’s watching here. She also has another podcast focused on filmmakers called They Shot Pictures
